Is the hotel reception desk open 24 hours a day? 

Our Front Desk is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What time are Check-In and Check-Out times? 

Rooms are available to check-in from 2pm and check out is 12pm.

Do you have a Loyalty Programme? 

Yes, IHG Rewards is the world's largest hotel loyalty programme and has no cost to become a member. 

Does the hotel have car parking facilities?

We have ample onsite parking which is complimentary. 

What time is breakfast served? 

Weekdays 6.30 - 9.30am

Weekends - 7.30 - 10.30am

What other dining options are available? 

We have a dine all day menu available from 11am until 10pm. Our SPK restaurant is available from 6.30pm - 10pm.

Do you have accessible room types?

We have six accessible rooms with ensuite bathroom with bath and handrails as well as an emergency pull cord.  

What is a family room? 

Our Family Rooms contain two double beds and are suitable and priced for two adults and two children.

Does the hotel accept pets? 

Yes, we love to welcome furry friends. Dogs can stay in our hotel for a 15GBP charge per night. Terms and Conditions apply. Dogs cannot go into our main food and beverage areas, the lobby lounge behind reception is available for dining with your dog.
